This is how to enroll in the SSS online service MY.SSS.
SSS online registration
1. Open your Internet Explorer browser. This is the browser that works best with the SSS website.
2. Go to the SSS website sss.gov.ph
4. Choose Member
then click Submit
5. Enter your SSS No. (10 digits, no dash, no space)
Date of Birth
(Enter your active personal email address;
not your company-based email because you
will most likely leave your company sooner or later)
Confirm email address
6. Enter code as shown
7. Click Submit
8. Wait for an email from SSS
9. Click the link in the SSS email
10. Continue filling up other data items:
Mother’s Maiden Name
Address 1 = House/Lot/Block No. and Street Name
Address 2 = Barangay/Subdivision
Contact Number (Landline or cellphone no.)
Preferred User ID
(Create your user name; between 8-20 characters)
11. Enter your Employer’s SSS No. or SBR No. or OTC No.
If you are Employed, enter your employer’s 10-digit SSS no.
If you don’t know the branch code, enter 000
If you are Self-Employed, Voluntary, OFW, Non-Working Spouse, or Househelp, choose 6 digits (numbers only) from your contribution payment receipt’s SBR no. or OTC no. and enter 6 digits.
Use a newer receipt — the one you think already posted by SSS.
If you paid at SM Business Center or Bayad Center, or abroad through I-Remit or Ventaja, choose 6 digits (numerals only) and enter 6 digits. For example the receipt no. is P98700K006540, enter 987065 or 987654
If you are a Pensioner, you write your pension savings account no. or a recent pension check no.
For those paying via ADA, enter 000000
12. Click Submit
Wait for another email from SSS
If you have problems with registration:

. go to the nearest SSS branch office
. email firstname.lastname@example.org

. comment at the SSS Facebook Page facebook.com/SSSPh
In your email, include your complete name, SSS no., date of birth, phone nos., address, and name of employer (if employed), and attach a scan or photo of your valid ID
