Hi alfred, sorry LBC has not released its new rates for higher amounts. But when you go to LBC, ask and if it’s lower than 400 pesos, then it’s a good rate. Cebuana charges 400 pesos for 25k. Palawan Pawnshop charges 340 for 25k, based on their website.

Hi Akisha, it might be cheaper at Cebuana Lhuillier. The charge is 500 pesos. But you can ask LBC when you pass by their office.

Hi Roxainne, I saw an LBC rate table updated Apr 2015, but it was up to 5,000 only, and rate for 5k is 300 pesos, so the rate for 8k could be around 500 pesos. Check Cebuana and Western Union — they recently had promos; also Palawan Express, maybe their rates are still lower. If you have BDO online banking, you can use Send Money — rate is only 100 pesos.

Hi karmie, that’s bad customer service. You should call LBC and report, but because long-distance call is costly, you can email your complaint by going to lbcexpress.com and then click Contact Us. Your recipient should be able to get the money you sent. You can also comment on the Facebook page of LBC.
hello! I sent 1k to tabang guiguinto thru LBC door to door.(APALIT,PAMPANGA BRANCH). It’s been 1 week and it has not been delivered. Everyday I go to lbc, wasting fares, but lbc can’t give any good response. They said they can’t contact the one delivering in tabang and they’re busy. They told me I should have sent it for pick up etc. They should have recommended that option to me before. They’re telling me anything and the teller is mean. I requested for refund and they said it can’t be refunded. Can I no longer get back my money? Thank you
Hi adrian, you are the one who should text your LBC code to the person who will get what you sent. Make sure you are texting the code to the right phone no. and person.

Makukuha ko pa po ba yun khit gnun na ktagal hndi nkukuha tsaka khit wla ng resibo ? may scan po ng resibo na pinaprint ko pero yung actual receipt nawala na po. Tsaka ano pa ba sasabihin ko sa staff kpag yung mismong shipper na yng mgclaclaim nung money 🙂 Thanks po
Hi Jea, first make sure the seller is reliable. Do you see a lot of good feedback? Did the seller say you pay the shipping fee? If yes, send the 300 pesos to the seller. The seller will be the one to pay LBC when she sends the shirt to you.
You will pay around 20 pesos to LBC when you send 300 pesos. Just tell the LBC clerk “magpapadala po ako ng pera” and you will be given a short form to fill up. Write the name of seller, address/contact no. and amount and also your own personal info. Bring your ID in case they ask for your ID.
Hello po! Meron po kasi akong inorder na shirt through Facebook, bale 250 pesos po yun plus yung shipping fee, 100 pesos. Isasama ko po ba yung shipping fee sa perang ipapadala ko or ibibigay ko sa LBC? First time ko lang po kasi magpadala eh. 🙂

Hi Erica, LBC has a plastic envelope where you can put your item. If item is not fragile, you can just put it in their envelope. If it’s electronics, bring some foam wrap or bubble wrap.

Yong tatanggap ng pera, hindi na magbabayad. Sender lang ang magbabayad.

Hi Elena, 20 to 25 pesos ang fee to send 320 pesos. Kasama na sa shipping ang payment mo, kasi ang LBC, magbayad muna ang sender bago ipadala ang item. Siguro yong mga ibang LBC delivery boys, nanghihingi ng tip sa mga recipients — pero dapat hindi. Sikat ba o company ba ang online shop? Kung individual seller, dapat icheck mo kung matino ang seller at kung matagal na siyang nagtitinda online at kung marami siyang magandang feedback. Tingnan mo ang Facebook niya at sulit.com.ph feedback niya.

Hi ramil, 350 pesos ang rate for 15k to 20k sa Cebuana, so mga ganitong price din palagay ko sa LBC. Old rates na itong nasa post; nag-decrease ang rates dahil sa competition.

Hi Justine, from 100 to 110 pesos palagay ko. I can’t see their rate chart. Sa Cebuana Lhuillier, 100 pesos ang 1501 to 2k. Sa Palawan Pawnshop, ang 1501 to 2k nila is 70 pesos.

Hi Tiff, sabihin mo lang “magpapadala po ako ng ___. Magkano kaya? Paano po kaya ang pag-package ko?” Meron silang LBC-marked plastic envelope kung saan ilalagay ang padala mo. Kung damit lang, puede nang kahit manipis na plastic din ang balot mo. Yong iba, inilalagay ang item sa thin box. Kelangang makita ng LBC ang item na ipapadala mo, so huwag mo munang i-tape na final. Puede ring magdala ka ng tape o extra plastic bags o box.
Kung magpadala ka ng heavy and large item, pumunta ka muna doon at magtanong kung puede yong item na yon at mga magkano ang charge.

Hi Joyce, sorry hindi ko na masyadong matandaan yong form. Kung province ang padadalhan mo, bago ka magpadala, tanungin mo muna kung meron silang branch sa lugar na padadalhan mo ng pera. Huwag mahiya. Sasabihin nila yong pinakamalapit. Then hingi ka ng form. Ang alam ko ngayon cash pickup anywhere na, so hindi na yata kelangang exact address. Kasi itetex o i-email mo yong reference no. sa recipient mo. Ang kelangan na lang dalhin ng recipient mo ay ID, reference no., amount, at name of sender.

Hi Joyce, depende sa gusto mo. Puedeng cash pick-up sa branch or puedeng deliver sa address ng recipient, pero tanungin mo muna kung nagde-deliver sila sa lugar na yon. Depende sa lugar, merong extra charge for door-to-door delivery.

Hi flora, hindi kelangan. Ang kelangan ay valid ID ng sender at valid ID ng recipient. Dapat tama at pareho ang mga spelling.

Hi emee, I checked LBC’s website calculator, and the fee for 30k is 1,500, within the Philippines. I wish na you can ask your recipient to open his bank account, so the deposit fee would just be about 100 pesos.
