Ito na ang mga 19 survivors! Here are the 19 pre-need firms in the Philippines licensed by the Insurance Commission to operate for the year 2012, as of March 2012.

Hi Bernard, check your AXA policy and look for the Termination or Pre-Termination portion. I don’t have an AXA policy, but there should be rules there about termination. It should also say there the percentage you’re going to get if you pre-terminate, depending on the no. of years you have had your plan. I don’t know what your plan is, but you have already fully paid it, so I think you should get more than 70k, unless the 50k loan has a usurious interest rate. I hope you can share again what happened. best regards
plan holder ako s AXA at ginamit kong colateral s pag loan s knila ang total amount ng surelife plan ko is 180,000, year 2009 fully paid k ako.last year June 2012 nag loan me ng 50k at need kong bayarin this June 2013, ndi ko kyang bayaran ang loan ko s dami ng problem ko financially. pwede ko bang i withdraw nalang ung investment ko at i deduct nlang nila ung loan ko khit hindi 100% ang makuha ko, ang sabi kc s AXA main opis 20k nlang daw ang mkukuha ko so meaning ns 75k lang lahat ng mkukuha ko. tama b un??
