   hello po, ask ko lang po, may nagpadala po kasi sakin na friend ko from dubai nung monday, and sinabi nya po sakin na within 48hours ko po sya pwedeng nawidraw, pero yung kinakatakot ko po yung binigay kong account number sakanya is pang payroll po or debit card,. okay lang po ba yun? may magiging problem po ba dun? thank you

   hi miss nora nagsend kaninang hapon mama q ng money from uae kaso di prn sya nag aappear sa account q pag nag sesend kc sya dati nagaappear agad sya sa bdo kabayan q pero now di prn sya nagrereflect eh wala naman ref# na nakalagay sa receipt kaya di q rin mcheck sa inquiry

   Hi jei, sobra yang almost 1,200 na nabawas. Kung totoo na hindi EIB ang nag-charge, sobra naman ang binawas ng BDO. You should call BDO 800-0630-0021 (if from UAE) and ask and complain. Ang BDO, malaki talaga ang kinukuha, pero nagagawa nila ito kapag foreign currency ang padala, kasi they use a very low exchange rate to convert. Pero yong sa iyo, peso ang padala mo, so dapat, remittance fee lang ang charge. I hope ma-share mo later on dito kung ano ang nangyari, and thanks.

   Hi Ms. Nora, question po.. nagpadala po kasi aako ng pera using international transfer from Emirates islamic bank to my bdo account sa pinas.. i sent 5k tpos upon checking my account nareciv lang is 3,3k..i complained sa EIB and sabi nila c bdo daw nagcharge non.. almost 1,2k po ang charge.. magkano po ba talaga ang charge ng bdo? dati kasi pag nagpapadala ako 150php lang ang chinacharge sa akin.. pero hnd EIB gamit ko.

   Hi Lynz, technically walang deadline, pero it’s wise to claim it within 30 days. Sabihin mo sa BDO yong remittance mo is through Al Ansari or Worldwide Cash Express.

    Gudam. Nklgay po kc sa form thru send skin ng husband ko is bdo ang destination. Last Nov. 3 ng gabi pa po nhulog.. My ref# nmn po ..9 digits is that correct? From al ansari.. At my limit po bang araw kung d agad mkuha or wala nmn po? Tnx

    Hi Lynz, try again tomorrow. Minsan, merong remittances na hindi gumagalaw during weekends. Kung isinulat ng sender na for cash pickup over the counter at BDO, sa BDO lang talaga makukuha. Pero kung cash pickup at any remittance partner, puede sa iba. Other partner banks of Al Ansari are AUB, BPI, Landbank, Metrobank, PNB, RCBC, Bank of Commerce, China Bank, DBP and UCPB. Dapat meron kang reference or transaction no.

    Hi erika, sorry pero doon ka lang sa BDO branch mo puede kang mag-request for replacement in person. Hindi puedeng representative. If your account has a big balance, call BDO 00-800-8-6318000 to report your atm card loss and put your account on hold. If you prefer sending money through a BDO account, ask your family to open their own BDO account.

    hello po, ano po bang pwedeng gawin kase yung atm card ko na bdo na iniwan ko sa pinas nawawala po at dun po ako nagpapadala ng pera. nandito po ako ngayon sa dubai.pano po kaya ako makakuha ng replacement nun. thanks.

    Hi jna, yes, but ask the receiver to withdraw any balance so you can send more. A cash card can contain only 10k pesos (no name on the card) or 25k (embossed name on the card) at a time. You use the name and the 16-digit card number.

    Hi JN, merong inward remittance charge ang BDO, lalo na at sabi mo free online transfer sa ADCB, so walang makuha ang BDO na charge from ADCB. Puedeng 200 pesos plus 30 cents for every 200 pesos remitted, or 0.30 x 2M, which is 3,000 pesos, so mga 3,200 pesos ang total remittance charge. But I’m not sure kung ganito talaga. Pero karamihan ng nadeposit sa Kabayan ko from abroad, merong charge, except lang doon sa mga binayaran na ng sender lahat ng remittance fees sa abroad.

    Mrs. nora inquire po sna ako ksi nag loan po ako and ang amount is 2M pesos. nag inquire po ako sa ADCB thru online pwde ko daw i transfer ang amount to BDO. sbi po sa ADCB free po ang transaction sknila. Sa bdo po kaya na huhulugan ko sa account po sa pinas my charge po ba silang ikakaltas sa 2M. thank you mam.

    Hi Aika, yes, it should have been credited already. But there are really times when it takes longer, up to 5 days. You can call BPI if not yet credited by Monday afternoon.

    My husband was from abu dhabi and he send me remittance right thru my account in bpi. He send it yesterday but until i have nt received to my account i even checked it to online. He send me the transaction receipt. Does it really takes a few days before i receive the remittance?

    Hi Beah, after the correction reaches BDO, maybe within 1 to 3 days. Try making a balance inquiry tomorrow if you’re near a BDO atm.

    Good day! My friend in KSA sent money to my account but the problem is she wrote an incorrect account name (my middle initial is different). It was amended the following day. My question is how long will i receive the money? Thanks for the reply.

    Hi jhong, it depends on the remittance company. But 1 to 3 days is usual. As long as your sender wrote your correct account no. and name, you’ll get your money soon.

    Hi Ck, yes, I think so. Ask them. Kabayan comes with passbook and an atm card, but the atm card can be activated only at a BDO atm in the Philippines. It can be used abroad as a debit card if it has a Mastercard logo.

    Hi Raymund, does your sender have a US bank account or credit card? Because Xoom can only be used by someone with a US bank account or credit card. Xoom transfer is immediate. Can be received immediately at a bank or affiliate. If deposited to account, it might take hours, but should be the same day. Try entering your control no. at BDO Remit Inquiry

    Hi jen, yes, it is possible to change from account deposit to cash pickup at BDO if the account is already closed. If the account is already closed, just go to your remittance company and make an amendment. There could be an amendment fee.
