Hi Rose, walang PNB partner in Alberta. Ang BDO meron — UAE Exchange Canada Pty, 9288 34th Ave., Edmonton Alberta. Puedeng cash pickup sa BDO, kung wala kang BDO account. Punta ka lang sa remittance counter at isulat mo ang reference no. and other info. If you like, puede ring mag-open ka ng BDO account. Merong BDO atm savings na 2k ang maintaining balance requirement. Meron yong Kabayan na no-maintaining-balance, pero you need to show a receipt of any remittance from abroad.
Ang remittance from Canada to Phils ay between 6 to 12 Canadian dollars.
