You can use the Special Installment Plan (SIP) line of your BPI Express Credit Card to pay your children’s college tuition fees.
You can also use SIP to pay for nursery, prep, elementary and high school fees.
For accredited schools, you just ask the school cashier to swipe your BPI Express Credit card.
For non-accredited schools, submit school assessment slips or statements and school receipts to a BPI Express Center or a BPI/BPI Family branch. You’ll receive cash through your BPI account the next banking day if you apply at an Express Banking Center or within 3 days if you apply at a branch or a check within 3 days of application.

Other notes:
1. The monthly add-on rate ranges from 1 to 1.5 percent.
2. The minimum amount to be charged is 3,000 pesos.
3. You must be in good credit standing with BPI.
4. Your SIP credit limit can be increased up to 3 times depending on how long you’ve been a BPI credit cardholder and how you’ve handled your payments.
5. The promotional interest rate can change without prior notice.

How to Compute Your Monthly Payment:
Multiply the loan amount by factor rate (Refer to the table)
Example: Loan amount is 20,000 pesos with term of one year.
Monthly payment = 20,000 pesos x 0.093333 = 1,866.66 pesos
You pay BPI 1,866.66 pesos every month for 12 months.
Ang total payment mo would be 1,866.66 x 12 = 22,399.92
Ang total interest na babayaran mo ay 2,399.92

Hi Boyet, sorry you’re not allowed to exceed your credit limit. If you’ve been a client for some time, you can call 89-100 and request for an increase in your credit limit.

Hi John, yes, if you are paying over the counter at FEU. But if you pay online, through the FEU website, you need a card with Mastercard or Visa logo.

Hi Alvin, I don’t think BPI has Convert-Straight-Charge-to-Installment feature. What they have is Credit-to-Cash feature — this converts credit limit to cash loan, and you pay this cash loan in installment. Do you still have available credit limit? You can go to a BPI branch or a BPI Express Center (they work faster) with your BPI card, valid ID and xerox of your ID and apply for Credit to Cash. You fill up a short form, check the amount to be loaned and the term, and your BPI account no. where they will deposit the loaned money. They’ll swipe your card and you can see the loaned money credited to your BPI account on the evening of the next day, or sometimes second day. If you choose check for pick-up, it could take 3 to 7 days. Then after getting your money, use the loaned money to pay the amount charged by PhilPlan. Hi, I got an educational plan from PhilPlan for my children. I used my credit card. They charged the whole annual payment from my card and told me to apply for an installment plan with BPI so I can pay on installment with BPI. What should I do?
Hi jenny, did you mean your children are enrolled at the Manila or Makati branch and you’re paying through the Koronadal branch? Your children should send you their student nos. and account nos. It’s in their enrollment cards and initial receipts. By the way, can you pay through that branch? Or through CEU’s accredited bank?

Pwede na ngayon to use the tuition fee installment facilty anywhere, just go to the ba k and swipe card with filled up form. As long as may available credit limit ung sip mo. No need to present receipt from school. So it’s like a cash out facility. Same interest rate as mentioned above pa rin… Anyeay tnx for the table ad instructions how to compute this. It’s very helpful!
