Hi rio, ang alam ko hindi. Nag-oopen lang kapag merong special programs.
Open po ba ang philhealth ng saturday?
Hi Mateo, okay lang. Punta ka lang sa nearest Philhealth branch with your ID and fill up registration form. Check FOR UPDATING. Sila na ang maglalagay ng number mo sa form. Sabihin mo you don’t have a record of your number. Magbayad ka na rin. Puedeng start with 600 pesos for July to Sep.
Good afternoon po. Ask ko lang po, yung dating company ko po nagapply for philhealth and auto deduction na po sa salary yung contribution. Ngayon po nakalipas na yung 2 years since nung nagresign na po ako, di na po nalalagyan. And di ko din po alam yung philhealth no. po. Paano po gagawin dun?
Hi Majo, kung nabayaran ng employer mo ang Feb Mar and April, puede mong gamitin for April or June confinement. Get a certification of premium payment from your employer. Pa-sign mo rin yong claim form 1. Yong April payment baka hindi pa na-remit sa Philhealth — ito lang ang problem. Pero baka merong rule dito na favorable sa iyo. Ask mo na lang yong HR nio. Hindi 6 months ang requirement– ang required is payment of 3 months within the past 5 months plus current month. About your other question, sorry hindi allowed ang payment for past quarters.
Hi Ma. francisca, yes, you can continue kahit wala ka nang any Philhealth paper. Just go to the nearest Philhealth with your ID and fill up the registration form. Check FOR UPDATING. Leave blank your Philhealth no. because you no longer know it. It will be Philhealth that will write your Philhealth no. Then pay for Oct to Dec or more quarters in advance, if you like.
Hi virgilio, yes, you can continue as Individual Payor. Use the same Philhealth no. You can pay at Bayad Center, or if you like to have your updated MDR, go to Philhealth with your ID and update your MDR (Member Registration Data updating) so you can get your updated MDR, and pay there also.

Hi po I would like to ask kung how much will I pay kapag pinalipat ko po yung status ng philhealth ko from employed to voluntary ?
Thankyou po .. ill be waiting for your reply regarding this .
Hi Apple, based sa mga nagco-comment dito, hindi pa yata naayos o na-restore ang online registration nila, kasi noon, agad-agad na naibibigay thru email ang Philhealth no.
mam/sir, How long does it take po to get the philhealth number by registering online?.. thank you po..
Hi Angelo, you can register online at philhealth.gov.ph and you will receive a Philhealth no. If the online is registration is still temporarily off, visit the nearest Philhealth with your ID and register. Kaya nga lang pag sa branch, they require you to pay the minimum 3 monthly contributions, equal to 600 pesos.

Hi Marissa, if your mother will undergo hysterectomy, the coverage is 30k (18k for hospital, 12k for PF). If it’s just removal of the myoma, coverage is under the fee-for-service scheme: https://sites.google.com/site/informationphilippines/philhealth/inpatient-coverage-fee-for-service-1
Gud day! My mother, who is my dependent is scheduled to be operated due to myoma, I just want to know how much amount will be covered by PHilhealth.
