You can send money to the Philippines from Miyagi, Japan thru Travelex and Daikokuya — the Western Union agents in this prefecture.
Just fill out the money transfer form and show at least one valid ID.
Get your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), so you can give it to your recipient,
or so you can track online your remittance.
Do not disclose your MTCN and other details to anyone except your recipient.
