Hi Gregorio, based sa SEC lists, ang Ideal ay hindi na licensed to sell preneed plans as of January 2009, as you know na rin. In my opinion, parang hindi maingay ang mga Ideal planholders, kasi konti lang ang mga nakikita ko sa Internet. Kahit sa mga Pinoy news online. First time na narinig ko na meron palang Ideal ay sa sulit.com.ph early last year where I opened a forum thread about Danvil Plans, and there was one who related he's an Ideal planholder whose maturity claim has not been given despite repeated follow-ups. Palagay ko, if you can organize a group, you can discuss how you can pursue your investments. You can begin with the planholders here http://forums.mukamo.com/isyu-101/12034-ideal-pension-plan-corporation-ayaw-magbayad.html, and here
http://www.workingpinoy.com/2009/02/danvil-plans-other-pre-need-firms-updates/ (Look for Jay on June 15, 2009). Just comment again here if you like to contact Jay and I'll email Jay if he likes his email address to be given to you. You can visit these http://pepcoalition.org/

Hi RJ, I think airlines accept only credit cards for online payments. To check, try booking up to that point where you are asked for payment. I think also that the MasterCard logo is there only to show which ATM to use if you're abroad. Just a suggestion, you can enroll your Kabayan account in BDO electronic banking then enroll merchants such as Meralco, etc. so you can pay them online.

Can I use the ATM Card of BDO Kabayan Savings to make purchases online? Or do I have to do anything first to activate it? The reason I asked this is because the ATM Card has a MasterCard Logo and number in front of it. I would like to use it to purchase airline tickets.

Hi Lex, nag-file ka ba ng cancellation letter agad? Sana may kopya ka para proof na nag-cancel ka agad. Kelangan lang diyan follow-up in person. Kulitin mo sila.

Naguguluhan din ako sa kanila kasi yong ibang planholder contracts merong nakalagay na 15days free look period pero ung ibang contract walang nakalagay na ganyan. Which policy should we believe when it comes to cancellation? I was worried lng kc dahil sa mga sinasabi ng agent ng Philippine Prudential na kapag nagpacancel daw ako (to think cover pa siya sa 15days) wala raw ako matatangap na refund? I just need help. One month na ako naghintay sa refund. Hindi pa rin sila ng charge back sa credit card ko. Maawa nman sila, I was forced to buy the policy coz they swiped my card without my prior notice. Mga dupers sila.

Hi, Eli, tumawag ako sa PhilHealth Las Pinas, at ang sabi, di pa puedeng gamitin agad. Magbilang daw ng six months after start of membership, at dapat paid yong six months.

Pero, if you like to help make a change about this PhilHealth ID issue or PHealth Cebu, you can write emails to PhilHealth headquarters or make comments on Pinoy's Facebook, minus the cusswords.
