Hello people from the philippines recently I have a problem with Xoom transfer remit they already took the money from my bank account but i have to wait for 1-4 days to have this money pick up by my recipient in the Phillippines. They advertised in the TV that the money you send can be pick up agad agad by your family . LIAR! I spoke to one of their staff stated it takes 1-4 days clearance SO saan na ngayon ang integrity niyo. I am writing this message to you guys telling every one this Xoom transfer remit is not safe. Nawala na yong pera ko sa bank, hindi parin natanggap ang pinadalang pera sa pamilya ko.

  2. Hi Naomi, I’m surprised by your experience. I hope I’ll never go through that. My employer in Florida has been paying me since 2011 through Xoom, and I always get my money immediately at BDO over the counter, in US dollars. My employer even has scheduled her monthly payment every 26th. So every 26th at 3pm or 4pm in the Philippines depending if there’s DST in the US, I wait for my email notifying me that my employer has sent me money, and I always get the email. About 2 minutes later, another email comes saying the money is already available for cash pickup. I get the control no. and then I go to BDO and I get my money in US dollars. I’m in Metro Manila by the way.
    I suggest you write Xoom and submit your complaint, describing in details your experience, amount, time and dates, and your recipient’s experience at M Lhuillier.
    If you’re looking for other remittance firms, according to a World Bank remittance survey, the remittance companies that you can use for quick remittances are Western Union, Moneygram, Lucky Money, NYBay Remit and Xoom

Hello andami ko ng experience sa mlhuillier sa branch ng mangaldan pangasinan everytime kukuha ako ng remittance ang sasabihin offline sila o d kaya wala daw nagaapear sa computer e ilang oras na lumipas bago ko kunin.so pumunta akp ng branch sa dagupan, pangasinan at boom walang 5mins nakuha ko na..bakit nman ganyan mga empleyado ng mangaldan, pangasinan branch sobrang sinungaling nio sabi offline o walang lumalabas sa computer un pala walang pera..naku ayusin nio nman serbesyo nio!!!

  5. Hi Vhernz, you can email your complaint to info@mlhuillier.com or mag-comment ka sa facebook.com/mlhuillierfinancialservices para magising ang MLhuillier Mangaldan. Okay lang naman na sabihin nilang “sorry, wala pang pera na naipon”, para aalis ka na at pupunta sa ibang branch, at nang hindi ka umaasa doon na nakaupo na wala namang aasahan. I might also email MLhuillier about the Mangaldan branch.

Mllhuier At Duenas Iloilo has no consideration at all despite the loyalty of the customers Typological error should be change despite that its 12mdnight in Canada and the money sent was needed badly and sent thru emergency to a father who was sick in the hospital and needed immediate attention.To think every month or more than that Im always sending money thru that branch.

  7. Mllhuier customer service works! Its almost 12midnight in Canada and I called the no.thru Visayas branch posted above to file a complaint and ask for help and I was assisted by Ian.Thank God for a good samaritan like you.

  8. Hi Richie, it’s great to know you found someone at MLhuillier who helped you during an emergency. We can understand remittance firms being strict, but there are ways to check and ensure that you were really the one who sent the money and that the claimant is the real recipient.   9. Napaka raming nag cocomplain d2 remittance center sa taiwan na ngpapadala sa mluillier lagi sinasabi offline o mali ung control number kht tama naman ayaw p aminin n wala silang pondo..Pangit ang sistema nyo mga SINUNGHALING PA STAFF NYO.!!
