Monthly Philhealth Premiums

Simula noong 2019, ipinatupad na ang yearly increase ng monthly Philhealth premium for Voluntary, Self-Employed, Seafarer and OFW members.

This year, 2021, ang monthly premium ay 3.5% of monthly income.
Ang monthly premium ng individual with monthly income of 10,000 pesos or less ay 350 pesos.
For those earning 10,000.01 to 69,999.99, the monthly premium ranges from 350 pesos to 2,450 pesos.
For those earning 70,000 or more, the monthly premium is 2,450 pesos

Kapag employee, ang monthly premium ay paghahatian nila ng kanyang employer.

Next year, 2022, the monthly premium is 4% of monthly income.
Monthly income of 10,000 or less — monthly premium is 400 pesos.
Monthly income of 10,000.01 to 79,999.99 — monthly premiums ranges from 400 to 3,200.
Monthly income of 80,000 — monthly premium is 3,200 pesos.

For the year 2023, the monthly premium is 4.5% of monthly income.
Monthly income of 10,000 or less — monthly premium is 450 pesos
Monthly income of 10,000.01 to 89,999.99 — monthly premiums ranges from 450 to 4,050
Monthly income of 90,000 — monthly premium is 4,050

Philhealth Registration

For voluntary membership registration, just bring:

  1. Your IDs
  2. Your premium payment. You can pay for 1 month, 2 months or more.

If you have dependents, bring original and xerox copies of:

  1. birth certificate of your unmarried child younger than 21 years
  2. marriage certificate, if your spouse is not a Philhealth member (Bring a certificate from your spouse that he/she is no longer active if he/she was a former member.)
  3. birth certificate of your parents 60 years old and above*
  4. your birth certificate if you’re filing your parents as dependents*
  5. court decree of  adoption for a legally adopted child

*Seniors are now automatic members of Philhealth. For faster benefit claiming, they should apply for their Philhealth IDs.
