Hi Oric, congratulations! buti na lang hindi Platinum, Ideal or Grayline, etc, yong nakuha nating pre-need plans. Sa mga nangyari sa pre-need industry, amidst the initially-scary Danvil portfolio transfers, hats-off pa rin ako kay Daniel Villanueva dahil maayos ang processing ng mga claims.

Good news, this morning I called their office in Megamall to inquire about my cheque. After asking for my account details, the guy told me that it was already for pickup. I went straight to Megamall after office and was glad to have gotten the cheque (Landbank-Malate branch)) dated April 20 exactly 1 month after I submitted my claim. Cheers…

My Family First Plan will mature this April 2011, I went to their Megamall office (now under Prudential) last Mar. 20 to submit my claim (needs 2 copy of ID’s, current cedula and copy of the plan). I was advised to call before May 20 for my cheque release. Will update as soon as I got it. Thanks.

If dont know what you are investing, then stop commenting here..otherwise, if you have questions on your policies, go directly to their offices. They are active, listed in SEC. Do not just agree or disagree to those people commenting here, instead, call SEC for their business Status, go to their offices, call there customer response group and be enlightened. There are just people who doesnt know what they are talking, what they are investing, and when they heard about negative, they would also panic! Duh!

God forbid! This is the modus operandi of other pre-need owners. I believe that you, guys, who are there in Manila at least somehow can verify the above issue with GMA as per Jojo’s comment? I would be very grateful enough if you can post the facts about DANVIL’s status.

What is wrong with the website? I watched a Filipino news show on GMA and Daniel Villanueva was being hospitalized for something or the other. This is a common tactic used by people who are in trouble-remember Jocjoc Bolante? I believe he has spent the money that was invested by people like us. My plan matures this January 2010 and I cannot access the website as well. Are those of you who are posting blogs planning to sue this crook?
