As the supervision of pre-need companies by the Insurance Commission is still a work-in-progress (though the implementing rules were already signed and published last March), you can submit your formal complaint to both the SEC and the Insurance Commission. Sana magtulungan tayo laban sa Danvil. Hindi biro ang binayad kong pera, pinaghirapan ko tapos they will enjoy it? I would appreciate kung sino man ang may alam na makakatulong sa akin na ma-recover ang pinaghirapan kong pera. As for the people that has a doubt about this company, sana iterminate nyo na yung plan nyo habang may makukuha pa kayo kahit kaunti, hwag na kayo maghintay na magmature pa kasi they will scam you and use all the money you put into it. Just want to share my experience to all of you . Nakuha ko na po iyong aking maturity claim. Wala naman po akong naging probmema sa danvil, thanks to all the staff, naki=usap po ako sa kanila na kung pwede na medyo mapabilisan ang processing, ang sabi nila, sa SEC daw ang bahala; wala na daw sila magagawa pag na=submit na ang docs doon. After almost 2 weeks nakuha ko na iyong check. Thanks kay rolly at lalo na kay MS. NORA. Gandang araw sa lahat. Just want to share my experience to all of you .
